A Message From Our Founder
My name is Nnam Eleanor, the CEO and Founder of EFFEG. I imagine a world where every girl child is educated and empowered to lead movements, people, and generations towards sustainable development.
A world where morality, humility, peace, leadership, equity, and integrity are core values instilled in every female child and every mother — where these values are passed on to every family and, by default, transmitted into our communities, leading to more sustainable development.
Through our workshops, training sessions, and community programs, we aim to build the capacity of girls to be self-reliant, confident, and adaptable to the fast-growing global economy.
EFFEG is a movement that listens to the voices of girls, amplifies their dreams, and transforms barriers into bridges.
